In your confirmation email you will receive payment links to send your donation directly to your teacher.
All classes are donation-based with a suggested donation of $5-$25. Designed to be an energetic exchange, we will not turn anyone anyway. Referrals are also accepted!

Relax + Restore
Indulge in an evening of deeply relaxing postures designed to unravel tension, increase mobility and flexibility while calming and soothing the nervous system. This class, a combination of yin and restorative yoga, is perfect for anyone who is looking for a full body reset, more calm and improved sleep. Great for all levels. 75 minutes
Your experience will begin quickly in this upbeat athletic flow. Expect to challenge yourself physically and mentally as you are guided through an empowering sequence of movement, stillness, and balance to build heat, strength, and stamina. Yoga experience recommended. 60 minutes
